With joint efforts from our Ferrero Rochet competition and our 'grow a beard for a month' for Children In Need, we raised over £500 pounds for Children In Need!! The male staff are now very relieved to be able to shave.Weds 9th December 09.
We at The Yard would like to thank everyone who attended our Full Length and Fabulous Charity Ball on Fri 22nd November in aid of the YMCA Charity. We all had a great night, you all looked 'fabulous', especially making your entrance on the red carpet with the photographer catching the classic snaps. The Yard is pleased to announce that we raised over £465.00 for the charity. Stay tuned for details of our next charity ball in the summer. Tues 24th November 09
Well done to the winners of our 'Guess The Volume' competition we had running in the bar. The vase on the bar contained 32 pints, so well done to Colin, Gemma, 'One Speaker Jay' (you know who you are), Baz, Neil, Simon and Carrot who all guessed correctly.Mon 2nd November 09
